The high gloss coating contains ceramic resins allowing it to withstand temperatures of up to 260¬∞c (500¬∞F).

Safety instructions for removing lid:
To open insert a ¼” wide flat-blade screwdriver in slot,
Remove by rotating the handle of the screwdriver
